During high-volume periods (prom season, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your luxury hair products with care.

Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Amichelle Hair Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Amichelle Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
